Try a new browser, Firefox. I have and I love it! It's very useful for web developers as it contains some useful add-on tools for checking your site such as html, css, image information and much more.

Slayeroffice - Enter a hexadecimal colour value and this tool will give you ten shades of the base colour at varying opacities.
Chromoweb - Chromoflash which simulates a web page with up to five colours.
Css Colour Chart - Click on a colour code to select it, then simply copy and paste!.
