EVALUATION TEAM
Susan MacArthurMy computer experience is mostly self taught. Along the way, I have learned Paint Shop Pro and enjoy making graphics with this program. I use Dreamweaver for designing web sites and consider myself somewhat knowledgeable about coding and using CSS. I enjoy learning new techniques and implementing them on my own web sites. I am aware of, and use, many tools to check for valid code, HTML, CSS, missing or dead links, as well as general accessibility. All of this will assist me to fairly evaluate a web site. I am the owner of an award program Pelaqita Persians, as well as an evaluator for Franzi's Reptilien Award Program and Paradise Award Program, here I have gained additional experience in the evaluation process. Since having my own web sites on the www for several years and then applying for awards, I have learned about design, layout, accessibility and much more. If I didn't know something or couldn't figure it out, I asked questions of those that did know. I have created two sites for myself, and have designed and maintain five others. I enjoy the whole process of web design from concept, figuring out the colors that work well together and trying to get what I envision for a site to actually work! 
Bill MorgenBill is a BS graduate of Beaver College in Glenside, PA with completed majors in Management, Finance, Marketing & Economics. Since 1983, he has been employed as Corporate Credit Manager of the Philidelphia Regional Produce Terminal. Self-taught in web design, Bill is the owner and designer of the Lagoon View Yacht Club web site and the Nautical Awards Program, which has attained high rankings from many prominent rating indexes, including Award Sites, EUTODA, I.W.A.R.A, UWSAG and Olymp-Award Index. He's also an evaluator for several other Awards Programs and a Membership Comittee member of APEX. « back |
